ONE OF AMERICA'S FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

August 20, 2008 - ESW, Inc. was honored this week by Inc. Magazine as one of America's fastest growing companies. ESW ranks No. 2,125 on the 2008 Inc 5,000 list with three-year sales growth of 173.9%. ESW also ranked 22nd of the top 50 companies in the Education division and 82nd of the top 100 for the Chicago land area. The list is the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy - America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S. economy.

ESW was founded in 1987 by three steel mill veterans: Gene Barbee, Larry Caldwell, and Jim Razumich. They provide custom technical training and engineering services to many industries throughout the United States, including: steel, automotive, energy, manufacturing and the US Government. ESW has furnished over 15,000 weeks of in-house and in-plant training. Training is mostly hands-on, so that students can gain real-life knowledge from applied demonstrations and examples.

President and CEO Larry Caldwell feels that ESW stands out from the other companies recently honored due to the fact that they actively recruit retired and experienced individuals who are experts in their particular field. 70% of ESW's employees are retirees from other industries, while more than 65% are U. S. veterans. ESW's seasoned instructional staff has the practical know-how to solve the customer's problems and to lead the employees to work toward their full potential.
GSA CONFERENCE

On April 23rd and 24th, ESW attended the 13th Annual GSA (General Services Administration) Conference in Anaheim, CA. The GSA serves as the centralized procurement and property management vehicle for the federal government, managing over one quarter of total government procurement dollars. Attendance at the conference exceeded 10,000 visitors with more than 800 exhibitors. While there, our employees had the opportunity to speak with over 100 prospective customers from various government agencies.

AIST TRADE SHOW

On May 5-7th, ESW attended the annual AIST (Association for Iron and Steel Technology) Trade Show held in Pittsburgh, PA. There were over 8000 visitors, making it one of the largest steel conferences in recent years. While displaying ESW's new trade show booth, our employees had the opportunity to speak with many existing and potential customers.

INDIANA SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR

ESW is a 100% U.S. Veteran owned small business. Sixty-seven percent (67%) of our employees are also veterans. Because of this, ESW was recognized by the American Legion as the Indiana Small Business of the Year in July of 1998.
